Wayne was employed by one of the world’s largest engineering consultants since 1983 and has been responsible for project commissions in the UK, Europe and Middle East in excess budgets of £100m.

Philip was employed 15 years within the Government and Healthcare Sectors and, in his previous roles, has worked at one of the world’s largest engineering consultants.
